The European heritage days in Annecy
The European Heritage Days celebrated its 34th edition in September 2017. This year, the youth was spotlighted and the hotel Imperial Palace welcomed visitors for the first time.

Programm of the visits at the Imperial Palace
During a weekend, the Imperial Palace offered the opportunity to discover the different places and backstage of the establishment. This unique visit was guided by a staff member by groups of 10 to 15 persons.
During one hour and a half, our guests had the opportunity to see the key dates of the history of this old palace of Annecy.
They were also able to browse all the spaces accessible to our clients, who make up the Imperial Palace: hotel’s rooms and suites, Cristal Spa and its wellness area, the 3 restaurants and the bar of the hotel (La Voile gastronomic restaurant, La Brasserie, Le Riva and the Hip Bar) as well as the Imperial Casino, its bar and its gaming spaces.
To their surprise, our guests were also guided to hidden places of the hotel, where only staff member have an access to: our restaurant kitchens, the central control room with a speech of our audiovisual technician who manage the sound and light booth of the congress centre that allows the good process of weddings, seminars and other events organized by the Imperial Palace. They also visited the artist’s lodges and even the employees’ restaurant.
An annual meeting
It was a pleasure for us to welcome so many of you in our establishment. The success encountered throughout our first participation at the European Heritage Days gave us the desire to renew the operation for the next edition in 2018.
