Opening hours & reservation

Access to wellness area for hotel guests

  • Free access for 1 hour upon prior reservation
  • We thank you to come with the bathrobe and slippers at your disposal in your room. Towels are provided at the spa.
Children (residents only)
  • Times for children up to 12 y.o included: 9 am - 10 am & 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
  • The slots must be booked in advance

Access to wellness area
For non-resident guests

  • For all booking for a massage or a facial care with a minimum of a 130 € massage booking minimum, the Cristal Spa offers you a free access to the wellness area one hour before your appointment in order to increase the benefit of your care.
  • A Bathrobe, slippers and bath towel will be supplied, free of charge.

Further information for your massage

  • Advance booking is highly recommended when booking your stay at the Imperial Palace Hotel. Indeed, during periods of high attendance, we cannot guarantee you availability of cares during your stay
  • All our treatments are accessible to people over 16. For teenagers from 12 to 16 years old, only 20-minute facials can be proposed.
  • Any cancellations or changing time must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will be billed for the full treatment price.
