For all booking for a massage or a facial care with a minimum of a 140 € massage booking minimum, the Cristal Spa offers you a free access to the wellness area one hour before your appointment in order to increase the benefit of your care.

A Bathrobe, slippers and bath towel will be supplied, free of charge.

Advance booking is highly recommended when booking your stay at the Imperial Palace Hotel. Indeed, during periods of high attendance, we cannot guarantee you availability of cares during your stay
All our treatments are accessible to people over 16. For teenagers from 12 to 16 years old, only 20-minute facials can be proposed.
Any cancellations or changing time must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment, otherwise you will be billed for the full treatment price.
