Concierge services A personalized and attentive service

To enhance your stay at the Imperial Palace hotel, live memorable moments, book your restaurant tables, for a babysitter or any other assistance, our Concierge team meets all your needs and helps you in the organization of your activities upstream and during your visit to Annecy.

Concierge, valet and portercontribute to your comfort and passionately maintain excellence in service and the art of hospitality. On arrival, we take care of your vehicle, a place is reserved for you in our hotel car park (subject to availability, no prior reservation).

For the summer season, our team will be delighted to assist you with access to the Annecy Beach, which is also called the Imperial, due to the peninsula on which it is located. This place is nearby but totally independent from our hotel. The Imperial Palace offers you an entrance to enjoy the joys of swimming. A beach towel will be lent to you on this occasion.

BreakfastBuffet, in your room or "à la carte"

To start the day off right, La Brasserie offers a rich buffet breakfast indoor or on its terrace facing lake Annecy on sunny days for guests of the Imperial Palace Hotel and visitors. It is made up of a very varied product's offer, mainly from local providers, to serve you quality dishes from our region.

At the buffet, you will find pastries, assorted breads and brioches, cereal bar, jams, yogurt corner, Nespresso coffee and other hot drinks, freshly squeezed oranges and a wide selection of organic ingredients (jams, cereals, dried fruits, dairy products, tea, gluten-free bread, ...).
A cold dishes buffet is also available, including a wide choice of raw vegetables, salmon, cheeses and sliced fresh fruits. In addition, the Chef concocts in front of you eggs in minute in the show-cooking area: omelette, fried, scrambled... according to the preparation of your choice.

Pets are allowed in the hotel rooms; you will be charged an extra 20€ per night

However, they are not allowed in the bar and restaurants as well as in the spa, casino and congress centre.

These rules do not apply to guide dogs accompanying their owner.
