In the event of a dispute between the professional and the consumer, they will endeavor to find an amicable solution.
In the event of a negative response or no response from the Imperial Palace customer service within 60 days of the referral, the consumer has the possibility to contact for free the mediator of the consumption the Association of Tourism and Travel mediators (MTV Travel), within one year as from the first complaint written to the professional.
Proceedings to the consumer mediator must be carried out :
