To enhance your stay at the Imperial Palace hotel, live memorable moments, book your restaurant tables, for a babysitter or any other assistance, our Concierge team meets all your needs and helps you in the organization of your activities upstream and during your visit to Annecy.

Concierge, valet and portercontribute to your comfort and passionately maintain excellence in service and the art of hospitality. On arrival, we take care of your vehicle, a place is reserved for you in our hotel car park (subject to availability, no prior reservation).

For the summer season, our team will be delighted to assist you with access to the Annecy Beach, which is also called the Imperial, due to the peninsula on which it is located. This place is nearby but totally independent from our hotel.

Pets are allowed in the hotel rooms; you will be charged an extra 20€ per night

However, they are not allowed in the spa, casino and the Imperial Congress Centre - Grand Annecy.

These rules do not apply to guide dogs accompanying their owner.

Any additional parking space, whether for a second vehicle, a trailer, a van or any other equipment requiring a second space, will be invoiced additionally.
