Trained at the Berklee College of Music in Boston, Sharon is an artist in the great tradition of vocal jazz. Her voice has been compared to that of Billie Holiday as well as Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald and Shirley Horn.
Throughout her career, she has performed in major theaters in the United States and internationally. She has performed for President Bill Clinton and has received numerous awards, including the Oxnard Gold Medal Award and the Billie Holiday Vocal Competition in Baltimore, Maryland.
