For the most gourmet, our four "Menu" offers allow you to compose your own menu, according to your desires, with a selection of dishes. A particular highlight for our "Grande Tradition Menu" with its exclusive dishes and signatures of Chef Adrien Tupin-Bron, menu that is served for all guests of the table.
